These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SaaSQuiver (the “Service”), operated by Fhotos n' Frens LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using SaaSQuiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.
SaaSQuiver is a platform that provides SaaS idea validation tools, including competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, keyword research, domain checks, traffic insights, and related features. The Service operates on a point-based system where users consume points to access various features.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
The Service offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Scale) with varying point allocations. Subscription details, including pricing and point allotments, are available on our pricing page.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan on a recurring monthly basis. Payment will be processed through our third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused points.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Each subscription plan provides a monthly allocation of points. Points are used to access various features within the Service, including but not limited to idea validation, traffic checks, and domain checks.
The point cost for each feature is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current point values are displayed within the Service interface.
Points expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent months unless otherwise specified in your subscription plan.
Points have no cash value and are non-refundable. Unused points cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes related to business validation and research.

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by Fhotos n' Frens LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

We do not warrant that the information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Market data, competitor information, and other insights may be outdated or inaccurate.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FHOTOS N' FRENS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
